• Bin cleaning
• Pressure washing patios, driveways, paths and walls

• Small-load rubbish removal - Whatever I can fit into the back of my Ute's Canopy.

Inside Bond Clean
Includes:
-
All rooms: dusting, wiping surfaces, skirting boards, light switches, and door handles

Cobweb removal throughout

Floors vacuumed and mopped (as suitable for flooring type)

Windows cleaned internally (glass, frames, and sills where accessible)
-
Mirrors and glass surfaces polished, Interior window tracks/blinds
-
Kitchen: benchtops, splashback, cupboard fronts, sink, and stovetop cleaned, inside cupboards/drawers, oven deep clean, inside fridge/freezer

Bathroom/laundry: shower, bath, vanity, sink, toilet cleaned and sanitised; tiles spot-cleaned

Doors and door frames wiped down

Spot-cleaning marks on walls where accessible
Notes:
Results depend on property condition and access to running water/electricity.
Heavy grease, mould, or neglected build-up may require extra time and cost.

Outside Bond Clean
Includes (as suitable for the property):

Front entry/porch and outdoor living areas swept and cleaned

Cobweb removal from eaves, corners, and exterior surfaces

Exterior walls spot-cleaned where accessible

Windows and glass doors cleaned externally (where reachable)

Tracks and sills wiped (external side where accessible)

Garage door and exterior doors wiped down

Outdoor light fittings and switches wiped (external)

Patio/pergola surfaces wiped down

Rubbish removal to bins (client bins provided)
Notes:
Service is weather dependent.
High areas & steep roofs are not a service I provide.
Pressure washing can be added on request.
Heavy mould, oxidation, or staining may require an additional treatment.
